The $10 million deal for Odd Fellow & Rebekah Rehabilitation & Health Care Center gives Elderwood a second site in Niagara County, joining a facility at the other end of the county in Wheatfield. Just last week, the company completed the acquisition of the 82-bed Adirondack Tri-County Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Inc., now known as Elderwood at North Creek; which followed an $11.5 million sale that closed Jan. 2 for the nonprofit Lakeside Beikirch Care Center, a 120-bed residential health care facility now known as Elderwood of Lakeside at Brockport. Elderwood at Lockport, the new name for the 126-bed Odd Fellow site, provides long-term care and skilled nursing, as well as adult medical day services, cardiac telemetry, respite care, memory care and subacute services, such as cardiac rehab, orthopedic rehab and wound care.
