Elderwood Administrative Services named Alicia Laible-Kenyon, of Niagara Falls, as its 2018 employee of the year in recognition of her commitment to quality, employee engagement and leadership in the community.
Laible-Kenyon is the executive director for Elderwood Health Plan, a managed long-term care plan operating in western New York.
Laible-Kenyon joined the Elderwood team in 2013 as director of network development and was promoted to her current position in 2016. Elderwood Health Plan provides long-term care support services for individuals who are Medicaid-eligible with a chronic illness or disability.
“Alicia embodies the core values of integrity, collaboration, accountability, respect and excellence,” said Jeffrey Rubin, co-CEO. “She is a leader in the office and in the community.“
Laible-Kenyon said she believes it is her mission in her current role to provide access to affordable and quality comprehensive care to older adults and individuals with chronic health concerns. Her goal for Elderwood Health Plan is to be the best in the industry through the management and coordination of care in order to keep members healthy, independent, and out of the hospital and residing in their homes for as long as possible.
